Bauhaus: an art school in Germany that combined crafts and the fine arts, and was famous for the approach to design that it publicized and taught. Went through many different changes in leadership that contributed to a mix of styles coming out of it



Dallmeyer Telephoto Lens: a specific type of a long-focus lens in which the physical length of the lens is shorter than the focal length; named after its inventor Rudolphus Dallmeyer
